Pigs Begin Series at Gwinnett

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs will open a four-game set with the Gwinnett Braves on Monday night. First pitch from Coolray Field is slated for 7:05 p.m.

RHP Ben Lively (1-0, 3.46) gets the ball for the Pigs in the series opener. The right-hander got the win on Wednesday vs. Norfolk after giving up three runs on four hits while walking one and fanning four in six innings of work. Lively was 7-0 with 1.87 ERA in 9 GS with Double-A Reading this season before being promoted to Lehigh Valley.

RHP Lucas Harrell (2-0, 4.50) will be on the bump for Gwinnett in the series opener. Harrell will be making his first start of the season after tossing a scoreless frame in his last outing on Thursday at Durham. The Springfield, Mo., native began the season in the Tigers organization and spent time with both Double-A Erie (2-1, 3.28 in 5 GS) and Toledo (1-0, 3.60 in 1 GS).

After hitting a solo home run on Sunday at Charlotte, Pigs C Andrew Knapp has hit safely in his last five games and 18 of the last 21 overall. In that time, Knapp is hitting .295-4-10 (23-78, 6 2B, 6 BB, SB, 13 R).
