
Pheasants and Lincoln Washed Out

Sioux Falls Canaries News Release
LINCOLN, Neb. -- The Sioux Falls Pheasants and Lincoln Saltdogs were washed out by heavy rain and soggy conditions on Thursday night. The two teams played to a 7-7 tie in the top of the fifth inning before torrential rains halted play. The game was cancelled and will not be made up.
The Pheasants' record remains at 40-48.
The Pheasants begin a three-game series with the Sioux City Explorers at 7:05 p.m. on Friday, August 19, in Sioux City. It will be broadcast live on Sioux Falls Sports Radio 1230-AM KWSN and www.kwsn.com.
