El Paso Diablos News Release

EL PASO, TX - The El Paso Diablos are excited to announce a special dance demonstration by the Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo Tribe prior to this Saturday night's Diablo game against the Grand Prairie AirHogs. The social dances will be the next step in welcoming the Pueblo to the Diablo organization since the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo took over as majority owners of the Diablos at the end of June. "The Pueblo is proud to perform to commemorate what will be a long and prosperous relationship with the El Paso Diablos and the City of El Paso," said the Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo.

The Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Social Dances are Pueblo performances that provide an artistic outlet for Tigua Culture and are performed during various stages of everyday Pueblo life. These social dances are intended to be shared with anyone willing to observe and give a better insight of the beautiful and proud Tigua History. Scheduled to be performed are the Buffalo, Butterfly, and Eagle Dances.

Game time is slated for 7:05 and pre-game festivities begin at 6:30. The Diablo homestand will take place over the weekend. Promotions for this series include Military & Fireworks Night Friday, Halloween Night Saturday, and Quartermania & Bark in the Park Sunday. Don't miss out and buy your tickets now.
