October 20, 2004 - ECHL (ECHL)
Toledo Walleye News Release
(Toledo, Ohio) The Toledo Storm of the ECHL announced today that defenseman P.J. Martin has joined the Toledo Storm.
Martin spent training camp with the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League on a player tryout agreement. P.J. was on the Admirals roster, but did not appear in a contest. He came to Toledo on June 6th from Trenton through the March 16th deal that sent Doug Teskey to the Columbia Inferno. As an offensive defenseman, P.J. put up 8 goals along with 15 assists for the Titans in his first pro campaign. Martin also played 7 games in the AHL last year with Manchester, Springfield, and Binghamton.
Opening Night 2004 is October 22nd as Toledo takes on Wheeling, with a post-game concert featuring Firehouse. Tickets for that contest and for all 36 games are now on sale. Toledo Hockey...A History Of Champions!
