
P-Bruins, WSKO host blood drive

Providence Bruins News Release
The Providence Bruins and WSKO AM-790, The Score will host the first of two blood drives to benefit the Rhode Island Blood Center on Thursday, February 12 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The drive will be held at the blood donor center next to the Warwick Mall.
Blood donors will receive a free pair of Providence Bruins game tickets, while supplies last. In addition, donors can enter to win an autographed Providence Bruins stick and a USA Hockey jersey autographed by the 1980 U.S. Olympic Team.
In addition, Bruin players Martin Wilde, Ivan Huml, Andre Savage and Darren VanOene will be on hand to sign autographs from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The second drive will be held on Wednesday, March 3 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the blood donor center in Providence at 405 Promenade St.

The Providence Bruins' next home game will be played on Friday, February 13 at 7:05 p.m., when they host the Worcester IceCats. They will also host the Manchester Monarchs on Sunday at 4:05 p.m., and the Norfolk Admirals on Monday at 4:05 p.m. Friday's game will be televised live on COX 3.
