P-Bruins fall in Manchester

The Providence Bruins and Manchester Monarchs took to the ice in Manchester, New Hampshire on Saturday night, with the Monarchs taking a 5-1 decision. The Bruins are now 12-9-5-2 on the season and are in second place in the North Division.

Bruin left wing Mike Gellard tallied his second goal of the season, assisted by captain Rich Brennan and center Keith Aucoin.

Goaltender Andrew Raycroft stopped 23 shots and is now 9-7-2 on the season.

The Bruins' busy stretch of games concludes in Providence on Sunday, December 8 at 4:05 p.m., when they host the Hartford Wolf Pack.
