
P-Bruins announce weekly visits to Hasbro Children's Hospital

The Providence Bruins announced today that they will begin regular weekly visits to Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, beginning on Tuesday, November 25 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Several Bruins players will be making the weekly visit with inpatients and outpatients from a wide range of ages.
The Bruins players visiting Hasbro on Tuesday include Ed Campbell, Darren VanOene, Matt Herr, Martin Wilde, Pat Leahy, Mike Gellard, Kevin Dallman, Shaone Morrisonn and Martin Samuelsson.
The Bruins also announced that they will host a holiday party at the hospital for the children on Wednesday, December 17 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The entire team will be in attendance.
The Bruins' wives and girlfriends will continue their Thanksgiving Food Drive at Friday night's game against the Hartford Wolf Pack. Fans are asked to bring non-perishable food items, which will be donated to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. The Food Drive concludes on Wednesday, November 26. Fans can donate food in the Dunkin' Donuts Center box office lobby from 5:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The Providence Bruins players have also made a donation to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. The team took up a collection to buy Thanksgiving dinner for two families in need.
The Bruins are currently offering a Holiday FlexTix Special. The Special gives fans the opportunity to receive a free Providence Bruins hat, with the purchase of 10 FlexTix. The Holiday FlexTix promotion runs through December 31.
