Ducks fall to Moose

WINNIPEG, MB -- Tyler Bouck had a goal and two assists to lead the Manitoba Moose to a 4-2 win over the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks Friday at Winnipeg Arena..

Jimmy Roy and Pat Kavanagh each added a goal and an assist for the Moose, who won their second straight game after going winless in their previous four (0-3-1-0).

Alex Auld, a second-round pick by Florida in 1999, stopped 27 shots to record his fourth win of the season.

Tony Martensson and Michael Holmqvist scored goals for Cincinnati, which lost lost for just the second time in its last seven games away from home (4-2-1-0).

Ilya Bryzgalov turned aside 31 shots in the loss.

The Ducks and Moose complete a two-game series Saturday at 8:30 p.m. at Winnipeg Arena.
