Ottawa Recalls Chlapik and Archibald

The Ottawa Senators have recalled forward Filip Chlapik and Darren Archibald from the Belleville Senators.

The Czech forward has 15 goals and 30 points in 41 games this season with Belleville. Chlapik's 15 goals are a career high as are his five power play goals and five game-winning goals, the latter of which leads the team.

The 21-year-old also lined up in 20 games with Ottawa last season where he had a goal and three assists. This is his first recall of the year.

Archibald has played twice for Ottawa this season without recording a point. He's also lined up in 10 games with Belleville tallying two goals and eight points.

Belleville is back in action Friday against Binghamton and return home on March 1 to host Manitoba. Tickets are available.
