
Ontario Hockey League Announces Updates to the 2021-22 Schedule

Peterborough Petes News Release
(Peterborough, ON) - Today, the Ontario Hockey League announced updates to the regular season and playoff schedule including additions to the Petes schedule.
The Petes will be rescheduling five games from those that were previously postponed due to COVID-19 protocols, including four home games. All games now appear on the digital schedule.
The following games have been rescheduled:

Tuesday, March 22 - Peterborough Petes at Niagara IceDogs 7:05pm (from Dec. 31) -
Tuesday, March 29 - Hamilton Bulldogs at Peterborough Petes 7:05pm (from Jan. 6) -
Thursday, April 7 - Barrie Colts at Peterborough Petes, 7:05pm (from Dec. 30) -
Saturday, April 9 - Niagara IceDogs at Peterborough Petes 7:05pm (from Jan. 1) -
Sunday, April 17 - Kingston Frontenacs at Peterborough Petes 3:05pm (from Jan. 8)
The Petes 13th annual Pink in the Rink game will be rescheduled to Saturday, April 9 when the Petes take on the Niagara IceDogs. As of March 1, 2022, all venue capacity restrictions will be lifted in accordance with the Ontario government's reopening plan. Details of updated venue limitations will be announced at a later date.
Fans can purchase fundraising tickets for the Pink in the Rink game, with proceeds from each ticket being donated to the Pink in the Rink campaign by contacting the Petes at (705) 743-3681 ext. 6000 or tickets@gopetesgo.com. In addition, proceeds from each ticket purchased through the PMC Grant Thornton Box Office in person, online , or over the phone at (705) 743-3561 using promo code "PINK" will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
The top eight teams in each OHL Conference will qualify for the 2022 OHL Playoffs that commence on Thursday, April 21. The playoffs include three best-of-seven rounds followed by a best-of-seven OHL Championship Series for the J. Ross Robertson Cup.
The OHL champion will compete at the 2022 Memorial Cup presented by Kia that takes place from Monday, June 20 through Wednesday, June 29 in Saint John, NB.
The Petes annual Family Day game on Monday, February 21 is completely sold out. The team will welcome the arch-rival Oshawa Generals on Thursday, February 24 to the Peterborough Memorial Centre at 7:05 pm.
