HEADLINES: RedHawks win streak at 6 ... Tejeda starts today ... Hart keeps rolling in 2nd RedHawk game

TODAY'S OPPONENT: The Iowa Cubs are the Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs. They have been a member of the Pacific Coast League since 1998. Last year, the Cubs were 64-75 and finished fourth in the PCL American Conference Northern Division.

TODAY'S GAME: The RedHawks continue their eight-game homestand against Iowa. The RedHawks are on a stretch where they will play 24 of 32 games on the road from May 18-June 18. This is their 57th game this season, 29th home game and second game against Iowa. The RedHawks are on their longest home and overall winning streaks of the season (both six).

LAST GAME: Four RedHawk pitchers combined to give up one run on eight hits with four walks and six strikeouts in Oklahoma's 2-1 win over Iowa . Kevin Walker started and went three innings. Erasmo Ramirez pitched the final two innings for his second save of the year. Jason Hart was one-for-four with a double and an RBI to lead Oklahoma . Iowa's Ryan Theriot was four-for-four with a double.

VS. IOWA: The RedHawks are 44-51 all-time against Iowa since the two teams joined the PCL in 1998. The RedHawks are 23-24 against Iowa at AT&T Bricktown Ballpark. Last year was the RedHawks first season series win over the Cubs since 2001 when they won five of eight against them.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Relief pitcher Rob Tejeda makes his eighth start of the year for the RedHawks. His last start came in a 3-2 RedHawks win over Albuquerque May 30. He was the winning pitcher, going six innings and giving up one run on four hits with four walks and six strikeouts. He has a 0.60 ERA (1 ER/15 IP) in his last three starts with eight walks and 15 strikeouts. Rich Hill starts for Iowa. He had 14 strikeouts in seven innings in his last start May 30 at Nashville.

STREAKERS: Catcher Tom Gregorio is on a seven-game hit streak dating back to May 19. He is 9-for-25 (.360) with a home run and four RBIs during the streak, raising his average from .154 to .289 (135 rise). Outfielder Freddy Guzman is on an eight-game hit streak dating back to May 27. He is 13-for-32 (.406) during the streak with an RBI. Outfielder Laynce Nix is on a six-game hitting streak dating back to May 24. He is 8-for-24 (.333) at the plate with three home runs and 11 RBIs during the streak, raising his average from .278 to .289 (11 rise). Shortstop Joaquin Arias is on a five-game hitting streak dating back to May 30. He is 8-for-20 (.400) with a home run and an RBI during the streak, raising his average from .258 to .271 (13 rise). Relief pitcher Bryan Corey has not allowed an earned run in his last six outings (7.2 IP). He has five saves, nine strikeouts and has allowed three hits and one walk in his last six games.

STARTING PITCHERS: During the six-game winning streak, Oklahoma starters have three wins. They have given up nine runs, seven earned over 34.2 innings (1.82 ERA) with 17 walks and 33 strikeouts.

JASON HART: First baseman Jason Hart is three-for-eight with two doubles and an RBI in his first two games back with the RedHawks. Hart last played for Oklahoma in 2003. He missed 2004 while recovering from surgery to remove a brain tumor, spent all of last year with Double-A Frisco and started 2006 with the Rochester Red Wings in the Minnesota organization. The Rangers acquired Hart for a player to be named later. Hart hit .257 with 46 homers and 165 RBIs in 271 games with Oklahoma in 2002 and 2003. He is second on the team's all-time home runs list behind Scott Sheldon who has 57.

LAYNCE NIX: Outfielder Laynce Nix has hits in 10 of his last 11 games. He is 15-for-44 (.341) with four home runs and 15 RBIs in his last 11 games to raise his average from .260 to .289 (29 rise). He was two-for-four with two homers and five RBIs May 25 at Colorado Springs.

HOME SWEET HOME: Going back to July 22 of last season, the RedHawks are 38-15 (.717) at AT&T Bricktown Ballpark including 1-1 in last year's playoffs against Nashville. They are 37-14 (.725) at home in regular season games since July 22.

CLOSE GAMES: Twenty of Oklahoma 's 26 wins this season have come by four runs or less, including 12 one-run wins. Also, 22 of Oklahoma 's 30 losses this season have come by four runs or less. They have nine losses by one run, six losses by two runs, four losses by three runs and three losses by four runs.

RADIO UPDATE: The RedHawks' flagship station for most games is KEBC 1340 AM. However, there are a few dates the flagship station will change due to scheduling conflicts. The RedHawks will be on AM 1000 KTOK June 10. They will be on KFXY 1640 The Score June 11.

DOT-DOT-DOTS: Relief pitcher Wes Littleton has stranded five inherited runners (none allowed) in his first three outings as a RedHawk.
