Today's Game: The Oklahoma City Dodgers continue their final road series of the regular season against the El Paso Chihuahuas at 8:05 p.m. Central time at Southwest University Park. OKC is 3-2 on the current road trip, but has yet to win consecutive games.

Last Game: Playing their first-ever game at Southwest University Park, the Dodgers were able to get by El Paso in a 9-7 slugfest Thursday night. Corey Seager opened the scoring right away in the first inning, belting a solo homer and giving OKC an early 1-0 lead. Seager then tripled in the third and Jose Tabata followed with a sacrifice fly to extend the lead to 2-0. The Chihuahuas tied the game with a pair of runs in the third. El Paso took its first lead in the fourth when pitcher Jason Lane hit a two-run homer down the left field line. The Dodgers rallied for six runs to regain the lead in the fifth. Scott Schebler drew a bases-loaded walk to make it 4-3. Kyle Jensen stepped up next and drilled a triple to center field, clearing the bases and giving the Dodgers a 6-4 lead. Later in the inning, Eric Surkamp hit a sacrifice fly and Darwin Barney added a RBI single. The Chihuahuas reeled off three runs in the seventh to make it a one-run game. Hunter Renfroe hit a two-run homer, pulling El Paso within 8-6. Then with the bases loaded and two outs, Casey McElroy was hit by a pitch to plate another run. Yimi Garcia then struck out pinch hitter Mike McCoy to leave the bases loaded and keep OKC in the lead. Jensen gave the Dodgers some breathing room in the ninth with a solo homer. Juan Gonzalez closed out the game for his 10th save. Surkamp (8-3) allowed four runs and eight hits, with six strikeouts and one walk over 6.0 innings to pick up the win. Lane (10-9) was charged with the loss.

Today's Probable Pitcher: Zach Lee (10-5) seeks his 11th win of the season in his 18th start with the OKC Dodgers...Lee reached the 10-win mark in his last outing Aug. 23 in Albuquerque. He dealt a season-high 7.1 innings, allowing two runs and eight hits. He tied a season high with seven strikeouts and did not allow a walk...He joined Joe Wieland in the 10-win club with the victory, marking the first time in OKC's PCL era (since 1998) the team has featured two 10-game winners...Lee enters tonight leading the Dodgers minor league system with both 12 overall wins (new career high) and a cumulative 2.51 ERA...Over his last nine starts with OKC, Lee has posted a 2.30 ERA (14 ER/54.2 IP), with the team going 7-2 in those outings...He currently ranks tied for first on the team in wins, and is second in innings (101.1), starts (17), and strikeouts (74) -- all behind Joe Wieland...This season he has allowed one or no runs in eight of 17 starts with OKC and has lasted at least 6.0 innings 13 times (12 QS), including in each of his last six outings...He faced the Chihuahuas four times during the 2014 season while playing for the Albuquerque Isotopes, going 1-1 with a 5.06 ERA...In his three starts in hitter's parks out west (Albuquerque, Colorado Springs, and Las Vegas), Lee is 3-0 with a 1.40 ERA (3 ER/19.1 IP). Against the Chihuahuas: 2015: 1-0 2014: 2-2 All-time: 3-2 In ELP: 1-0

This marks OKC's first-ever trip to El Paso...The teams split a four-game set in Bricktown last season, Aug. 20-23. Oklahoma City outscored the Chihuahuas, 24-14, as OKC compiled a .321 batting average in the series...El Paso joined the PCL in 2014, moving from Tucson. Oklahoma City went 8-4 against the Padres' Triple-A affiliate in Tucson over three seasons from 2011-13.

Ups and Downs: The Dodgers are 2-2 in their last four games after a run where they won 11 of 14 games. And that followed a stretch where they lost nine of 14 games...Iowa and Omaha both won Thursday night. The Dodgers remain six games ahead of Iowa, and 6.5 games ahead of Omaha for first place in the American Northern Division. The Dodgers' largest division lead was 11 games entering play on July 4, but they have gone 27-25 since. After their first-place lead was cut all the way down to three games, the Dodgers have added three games to their lead since Aug. 1.

I Love the 80's: The Dodgers became the first PCL team this season to reach 80 wins and also became the fastest squad during the team's PCL era to reach 80 victories. They are the fifth team in OKC's 18 seasons in the PCL to win at least 80 games, and they have now done it twice in the last three seasons...The Dodgers are currently one of three teams in the Minors with at least 80 victories.

Road Warriors: The Dodgers have won eight of their last 10 road games and are a league-best 43-27 away from OKC this season. They have already set a new team record for most road victories in a season, previously set in 2004 (40-32). The Dodgers' 43 road wins this season are tied for second most in all of the Minors, trailing only High-A Visalia (44-23).

Barnes Burner: Austin Barnes is 15-for-31 (.484) over his last eight games with a home run, two doubles, three RBI, seven runs scored, and six walks. Barnes is batting .373 in August and has posted a .432 on-base percentage this month. His .320 season average is the highest it's been since entering play on April 26 (.333)...Barnes has hit safely in five straight games (7x17) and has scored in four straight.

Surging Seager: Corey Seager has gone deep three times in the past five games, and four times in the last seven games. He has collected nine RBI over the last seven games and his 18 RBI this month pace the team. During the current road trip, Seager is 7-for-23 with six extra-base hits, eight RBI, and seven runs scored over five games.

Great Scott: Scott Schebler has hit safely in five straight games, going 8-for-19 (.421) with a home run, a double, three RBI, and seven runs scored. The streak is his longest since also hitting safely in five straight games July 16-20.

Dog Catcher: In five career games against El Paso at Southwest University Park, Kyle Jensen is 8-for-18 with two home runs, a triple, a double, and 10 RBI. Last night Jensen tied his season high with four RBI, marking the fourth time he's done that. The rest of the team has combined for five games this season with four or more RBI.

Friday Facts: Last night was just the third time this season OKC won a game when allowing at least seven runs (3-26)...Jason Lane became the first pitcher to hit a home run against OKC since Albuquerque's Will Savage on May 3, 2012 at Isotopes Park...The Dodgers have hit a home run in seven straight games (nine HR), but have allowed at least one home run in four straight games (seven HR) for the first time since a season-long eight-game streak, June 5-13...By adding Carlos Frias on Major League rehab assignment today, the Dodgers are now at 300 roster transactions for the season.
