Naturally Smart Honored as OnDeck's Small Business of the Month

JACKSONVILLE, FL - Naturally Smart Foods a frozen desert company based in Jacksonville, has been selected as the "OnDeck Small Business of the Month" for the month of May and was honored by the Jacksonville Suns recently before a game against the Mississippi Braves and received ten VIP tickets and threw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. OnDeck launched the Small Business of the Month Award program in partnership with Minor League Baseball to recognize small businesses that are making a positive impact in their local communities.
Founded in 2013 by Mark Patterson, Naturally Smart specializes in protein enriched frozen desserts that are made with all-natural ingredients. Despite only being in production for 2 years, Naturally Smart is available in over 30 Jacksonville area retail locations and is now expanding its business beyond the local area.

Naturally Smart joins select small businesses across the U.S. who will be recognized by OnDeck and Minor League Baseball across more than 20 activation clubs this season. OnDeck is hosting Small Business of the Month Award contests on Facebook throughout the season.

Tickets are $7.50 for general admission, $10.50 for reserved seating and $13.50 for Homeplate Box seating. Limited sponsorships, season tickets and group packages are still available. The 2015 season is presented by Everbank, official banking partner of the Jacksonville Suns. The Suns are the Double-A Affiliate of the Miami Marlins and a member of the Southern League of Professional Baseball.
