Nailers to welcome 10 millionth patron

WHEELING, WV - The Wheeling Nailers and the Wheeling Civic Center will welcome its 10 millionth patron sometime this weekend.
The Nailers play two home games this weekend on Saturday and Sunday and the lucky patron should pass through the turnstiles sometime during one of those games.
The Wheeling Nailers in cooperation with the Pittsburgh Penguins, have a special prize package for the 10 millionth visitor including two Wheeling Nailers Season Tickets for life and an all-expense paid trip for two to Dallas, Texas to see the Pittsburgh Penguins take on the Dallas Stars on March 2, 2003.
The Wheeling Civic Center Bond Renewal issue is on the ballot November 5th. The renewal will provide for many major improvements to the civic center including bringing the building into the 21st century with many amenities for the guests.
These improvements will help the Wheeling Civic Center continue to serve the citizens of the Ohio Valley for another 25 years.
