Chiefs Fall to Lexington

Johnstown, PA- Special teams was the nemesis for the Johnstown Chiefs again, as they allowed a power play and a shorthanded goal to the Lexington Men O'War in a 4-3 loss Thursday night at the Cambria County War Memorial Arena.

Ryan Townsend, Lukas Smital and Phil Roy all scored for Johnstown, while David Del Monte Adrianno Fiacconi, Jared Smyth and Mark Smith all tallied for the Men O'War.

Chiefs goaltender Peter Aubry made 25 saves for his third loss of the season. Lexington goalie Dan Murphy also made 25 saves for his second win of the season.

The Chiefs fall back to .500 with a 4-4-0 record, while the Men O'War improve to 3-2-3.

The Chiefs travel to Toledo tomorrow night when they take on the Storm at 7:30 p.m. The next Chiefs home game will be Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. when they face-off against the Dayton Bombers.
