Wheeling, WV - It's Thursday night!! And that means another Nailers Power Hour Presented by Pepsi live from Generations Pub and Restaurant in Wheeling.
Come on out at 6:00 p.m. or listen live on The Mix 97.3fm or on wheelingnailers.com as your host Bob Rotruck talks Nailers hockey with Head Coach Greg Puhalski and player guest Andrew Lord.
We'll recap last weekend's games, preview the upcoming matchups this weekend, and update the fans on how the team's week of hard work and practice has gone.
Lord is the top returning scorer on the Nailers this season and picked up his 2nd goal of this year last Saturday night against Cincinnati after assisting on a couple of goals Friday vs. Kalamazoo. On both of those assists he was initially credited with the goal before the decision was changed.
Lord is an alternate captain on the Nailers this year and the West Vancouver, BC native is one of the most popular players among the fans.
Coach Puhalski will also update us on the newest member of Nailers Nation, is baby daughter Zara Katherine Puhalski who was born during the Power Show the previous week. And we'll also hear about some new additions to the Nailers including former Charlotte Checker Chris Capraro and the return of Jordan Fox who had been sitting out with an injury since October 16th.
The Nailers have a pair of home games this weekend on Friday and Saturday nights against South Carolina and Johnstown.
