WHERE WE STAND The Monarchs enter the weekend in third place in the North Division, five points behind the Adirondack Thunder. Manchester sits sixth in the Eastern Conference.

LEADING THE WAY Daniel Ciampini, Joe Diamond and Cory Ward lead the Monarchs in scoring with 4 goals apiece. David Kolomatis sits alone with 7 assists to lead the team through the first ten games of the season.

OUTSCORE THEM The Monarchs rank 4th in the Eastern Conference with 35 goals, averaging 3.5 goals per game. Norfolk sits dead last in ECHL with 10 goals, averaging only 1.11 goals per game and averaging less than a goal per game while at home.

HOME SICK The Admirals are 0-4-1-0 on home ice this season and are being outscored by a 15-4 margin. The Monarchs are a perfect 3-0-0-0 on road (1-of-4 teams without a loss on road) and are outscoring opponents by a 12-6 margin through the three games.

DEFENSE IS THE BEST OFFENSE Justin Agosta leads all ECHL defenseman in plus/minus with a +10 rating on the season. Agosta finds himself 4th in the league in scoring amongst defensemen with eight points (2g, 6a) through 10 games this season.

SPECIAL TEAMS The Monarchs special teams are off to a great start this season, ranking 5th in the league on the power play (22.6%) and 6th in the league on the penalty kill (87.5%). Manchester has given up only one power-play goal on 15 penalty kills while on the road. The Admirals find themselves 5th in the league on the penalty kill (88.6%) but last in the league on the power play (3.7%).
