MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations, Rich Seeley, announced today that the team has officially acquired Peter Leblanc in a trade with the Cincinnati Cyclones (ECHL) that took place prior to the ECHL Trade Deadline on Mar. 9.
