Dayton, OH- The Dayton Bombers of the ECHL announced today that goaltender Mike Ayers has been called up by the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League.

Ayers is 2-0-0 in his last two starts with a goals against average of 2.31 and a save percentage of .909 and stopped all seven shots he faced in the two shootout wins this past weekend against Johnstown.

The Dayton Bombers continue their 15th Anniversary season at home this Friday night February 10th vs. the Wheeling Nailers.
