HIDALGO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League continue a busy weekend Saturday night when they travel to take on the Rio Grande Valley at State Farm Arena. Game time is 7:30pm.

The Bucks play the second game of a three-games in three nights stretch Saturday night as they sit two points back of Arizona for the final playoff spot in the Berry Conference, the team they will host Sunday.
Laredo snapped a six-game home winless streak Friday night with a 4-3 shootout win over Rio Grande Valley. The Bucks had not won at home since January 14th when they shutout the Bees 7-0.
The first-ever Cricket Mayor's Cup comes down to the final meeting between the Bucks and Bees, with the Bees leading the race 18 points to 17. Laredo has won two straight games over Rio Grande Valley in the series.
The Bees are winless in four straight games to drop into a sixth-place tie with Odessa. Rio Grande Valley is five points ahead of Laredo in the standings with the Bucks having two games in hand over the Bees.
