BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators fell victim to the Toronto Marlies power-play unit on Friday night, surrendering two 5-on-3 goals on their way to 3-0 shutout loss at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena.

The shutout marked the third straight for the B-Sens, having fallen to Hershey and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton by shutout losses last weekend.

Jeremy Williams netted two goals on the night to earn first-star honors. Williams buried his first goal with a wrist shot from the left faceoff dot. His second marker came with a two-man advantage, when Williams snapped a wrister from the deep left corner short side on Elliott

Staffan Kronwall tallied the final Marlies' marker, firing a one-timer from the high slot past Elliott. Kris Newbury and Tim Stapleton each had two assists on the night.

Marlies' netminder Adam Munro turned away 25 shots to power Toronto to the win.
