
Lions and Vidéotron Partnership Announced

Trois-Rivières - The Trois-Rivières Lions, in collaboration with Videotron and TVA Sports, is pleased to announce a major partnership between two proudly Quebec companies that will help promote the Lions, the City of Trois-Rivières, and sports culture from Quebec.
Lions President and CEO, Mark Weigthman, Québecor President and CEO, Pierre Karl Péladeau and Trois-Rivières Mayor Jean Lamarche made the announcement Thursday afternoon live from the ice at the Colisée Vidéotron during a press conference which was broadcast live on TVA Sports.
The Nouveau Colisée Trois-Rivières will henceforth be known as the Colisée Vidéotron, allowing the partnership to spread across the province.
Also, the major sports television channel, TVA Sports, will broadcast a minimum of 25 Lions' regular-season games for several years.
