
Linglet Named Second Team AHL All-Star

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that left wing
Charles Linglet has been named an AHL Second-Team All-Star for the 2009-10 season. Linglet becomes the first Falcons player since Jean-Guy Trudel (2001-02) to be named a first or second team AHL All-Star.
Linglet continues to lead the Falcons in scoring this year with 19 goals and 55 assists for 74 points in 75 games. The 6-foot-2, 212-pound native of Montreal, Quebec is currently ranked fifth in the AHL in scoring and he is also third in the league in assists.
Linglet represented Springfield at the 2010 AHL All-Star Classic in Portland, Maine this season and he is the lone Falcons player to have played in all 75 games this year. He is a veteran of 331 career AHL games having collected 96 goals and 150 assists for 246 career points.
