
LAFC Loses 2-0 to Seattle Sounders on the Road

The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) dropped a 2-0 decision to the Seattle Sounders FC Friday night at Century Link Field.
Seattle used two first half penalty kicks from Nicolas Lodiero less than five minutes apart to take a 2-0 lead that LAFC could not recover from. Despite several scoring opportunities in the second half, Raul Ruidiaz scored in the 82nd minute to put the game out of reach.
LAFC returns to action on Wednesday, September 23 at 7:30 p.m. PT against the Vancouver Whitecaps at Banc of California Stadium. (YouTube TV, Estrella TV, ESPN LA 710, ESPN App, 980 AM).
