Game #1: @ Southwest Michgan 5, Clinton 1
John Bannister (4-8; 5.18) allowed five runs, three earned, on eight hits and a walk while the LumberKings lineup was limited to one run on three singles and a double. Tug Hulett drove in Clinton's only run with a sixth inning single for his only base hit.
Game #2: Clinton 5 @ Southwest Michigan 3
Former University of Oklahoma standout Mark Roberts, who missed the first half of the season recovering from injury, earned the win with three shutout innings of relief after Kea Kometani surrendered three runs on four hits and four walks over the first five.
Clinton broke a 3-3 tie in the eighth on a two-run single from the fast-improving Brandon Boggs (.260 / .374 / .448), who was pinch hitting after going 0-3 in the first half of the twin-bill.
Tug Hulett went 2-2 with a double and a walk to drive in one.
