Killeen Joins Wilkes-Barre/Scranton

WILKES-BARRE, PA - The Pittsburgh Penguins have reassigned goaltender Patrick Killeen from the Wheeling Nailers to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, it was announced on Tuesday morning.

The 21-year old Killeen, has posted a 10-8-1-1 record in 21 games with the Nailers this season. In two seasons with the Nailers, Killeen has recorded 29 wins, three shutouts and a 2.87 goals against average.

The native of Almonte, Ontario was selected in the sixth round (180th overall) of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft by Pittsburgh.
