March 7, 2016 - ECHL (ECHL)
Adirondack Thunder News Release
Glens Falls, NY - The Adirondack Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the Calgary Flames, have announced pricing and ticket options for the 2016 Kelly Cup Playoffs, scheduled to kick-off around the league on Wednesday, April 13.
Anyone who renews or buys a new full season ticket for the 2016-17 season will also get the first game of the 2016 playoffs free of charge and Thunder playoff ticket pricing will mirror the 2016-17 regular season plan. All 2015-16 full and partial season ticket holders and 2016-17 full season ticket holders can get round one of the playoffs at the 2016-17 full season ticket price of $13 per game, not including sales tax or facility fee. All 2015-16 full season ticket holders with Youth, Bronze or Silver packages will be grandfathered in for round one at their 2015-16 per game rate. Any 2015-16 or 2016-17 full season ticket holders should contact the Thunder front office at 518-480-3355 x1 or visit Guest Relations at any remaining Thunder home game to reserve their playoff location.
For the general public, playoff seating will be one price for all sections, starting at $17 for adults and $13 for youth for round one, matching the advance sale individual ticket price for the 2016-17 season. All 2015-16 full and partial season ticket holders will have a "playoff priority" window beginning tomorrow, March 8 through Saturday, April 9, to reserve their locations for the playoffs. All seats will open up to the general public on Tuesday, April 12 at 10:00 a.m. if the Thunder have secured a playoff spot.
"As the team looks ahead to its final 15 regular season contests and to securing a spot in the 2016 Kelly Cup Playoffs, we wanted to alert our season ticket holders and sponsors to the attractive options available only to them for playoff tickets if the team is successful in earning a playoff berth," Adirondack Thunder President Brian Petrovek said. "With nine home games remaining, playoff fever is in the air with hopes for a return of post-season hockey at the Glens Falls Civic Center for the first time in 10 years."

Option A: Pay in Full - Paying in full entitles the buyer to all 16 potential home playoff dates, consisting of a potential scenario with home ice advantage throughout the playoffs (four rounds of four games each). If any of the 16 games do not take place, the payment amount will be credited towards the customer's 2016-17 Adirondack Thunder account balance.
Option B: Round-By-Round Payments - Full and partial season ticket holders can also place a credit card or bank account on file with the Adirondack Thunder front office, to be charged round-by-round (at the end of a round each home game played will be charged) as the Thunder progress through the Kelly Cup Playoffs.
The Thunder are also offering group tickets for round one of the 2015-16 Kelly Cup Playoffs. Group tickets are available for groups of 10-or-more and will be offered at $13 per ticket, not including sales tax or facility fee, a $4 savings per ticket off of the individual rate.
