The 23-year-old ruffian tallied nine points (4g, 5a), 10 major penalties and 72 total penalty minutes (PIM) in just 15 games with the Rivermen in 2003-2004 after his reassignment by the NHL's Atlanta Thrashers from the Gwinnett Gladiators on March 1. He set career marks for goals (5), assists (T-7) and points (12) last season, while notching 18 total major penalties and ranking second on the Rivermen with 190 PIM; he has averaged nearly five (5) PIM per game (4.74) over 132 career professional games.
