K-Wings Announce Season Ticket Holder Contest

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the ECHL and affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers and San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League, announce that Bob Bucknell of Portage, Michigan is this month's two-year season ticket holder contest winner.

For being chosen as December's winner, Bucknell along with a guest will go to dinner at Craftmen's Chop Company followed by a visit to Putter's Family Fun Center, along with Mitch Versteeg, his favorite K-Wings player.

Contest winners are chosen at random and only two-year season ticket holders are eligible. Next month's winner will have the opportunity to serve as assistant coach during the K-Wings home game on January 9th versus the Charlotte Checkers.

In February, the lucky winner will travel on the team bus and serve as guest color-commentator for the K-Wings contest on Saturday, February 13th against the Toledo Walleye.

The contest in March will be announced at a later date.

Tickets for all K-Wing home games are currently available at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Fans can also purchase seats from the comfort of home or work by logging onto www.ticketmaster.com.
