Joey Ryan Placed on Injured Reserve

(Toledo, OH) - The Toledo Walleye and Head Coach Nick Vitucci announced today that defenseman Joey Ryan has been placed on injured reserve. Forward Nick Oslund was activated off of injured reserve and will play tonight for the Walleye at Chicago.

Ryan was injured in last night's 3-2 shootout win against Wheeling. Oslund has not appeared in a game for Toledo since February 24th against Wheeling.

The Toledo Walleye will return home Sunday March 4th against Cincinnati. This weekend is "Pink in the Rink" with the Walleye supporting Breast Cancer Awareness. For more information and get tickets call 419-725-9255 or visit www.toledowalleye.com.
