Jan. 11 Phantoms game moved to March 8
January 2, 2004 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Adirondack Phantoms News Release
(PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 2, 2004) - The Philadelphia Phantoms of the American Hockey League today announced that their game scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 11 at 6:05 p.m. vs. the Albany River Rats has been moved to Monday, March 8 at 7:05 p.m. The change has been made due to the Philadelphia Eagles' home playoff game set for 4:45 p.m. on Jan. 11.
"It would not be prudent of our hockey club to open up the doors on the same day of an Eagles home playoff game, as parking and traffic logistics would be a tremendous inconvenience for our fans," said Phantoms Vice President Jim Garino. "The Phantoms join the city of Philadelphia in wishing the very best of luck to the Eagles in their run to the Super Bowl."
All tickets for the game on Jan. 11 will be honored on March 8. Season ticket and 15-game plan holders will be able to utilize the exchange policy in their respective packages. The Kids Run The Show Night promotion originally scheduled for Jan. 11 will now be held on Friday, March 19.
Tickets to all Phantoms home games are $19, $18 and $14 for adults, and $8 for all children 14 and under, and are available now at the Wachovia Center box office and all Ticketmaster locations throughout the Delaware Valley. Tickets can also be charged by phone by calling (215) 336-2000, (856) 338-9000 or (302) 984-2000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
