ELMIRA, NY - December 2, 2015 - The Elmira Jackals, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and the AHL's Rochester Americans, open their December schedule at home tonight against the Kalamazoo Wings.

MAGNIFYING THE MATCHUP
The Jackals open December at home with three consecutive contests against the Kalamazoo Wings. These three meetings, beginning tonight, will mark the only three matchups between the Jackals and Wings at First Arena this season. They will meet two more times this year, in Kalamazoo, on New Year's Eve and the first game of the 2016 calendar year. Last season the Jackals opened their campaign at home with a two-game set against Kalamazoo, splitting the meetings with identical 6-2 finals. Those two games were the lone meetings in Elmira, which preluded two meeontings in Kalamazoo in early November 2014. The Jackals all-time record against the Wings is 9-13-8.
