(Allentown, Pa) - The Toledo Mud Hens (46-56) beat the Lehigh Valley IronPigs (48-52) 13-0 on Wednesday night. The IronPigs compiled eight hits and left 12 men on the bases. Lehigh Valley used seven pitchers in the contest.

Seth McGarry (0-2) got the start for Lehigh Valley and allowed three runs through three innings of work. The Mud Hens scored three runs off McGarry in the top of the fourth inning. Pete Kozma hit a two-run double. A run was charged to McGarry when Dawel Lugo hit a two-run single off Connor Brogdon in the inning.

The Mud Hens scored three runs off Tom Windle in the top of the sixth inning to extend their lead to 7-0. Ronny Rodriguez hit an RBI single and the Mud Hens proceeded to score two more runs off wild pitches.

Yacksel Rios allowed six runs in the top of the eighth inning as Toledo extended their lead to 13-0. Rios recorded two outs before Josh Tols proceeded to pitch 1 1/3 scoreless innings in relief of Rios.

Matt Hall (5-3) earned the win by striking out seven batters over six innings. He only gave up six hits in the outing. Bryan Garcia tossed two scoreless innings in relief. Caleb Thielbar retired the side in the bottom of the ninth inning to close out the game. Fernando Salas pitched 1 1/3 scoreless innings in relief of Brogdon.

Lehigh Valley and Toledo wrap up their season-series on Thursday evening at Coca-Cola Park. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
