INFERNO 4- Pensacola 3 (OT)

Mac Faulkner had a goal and two assists, while Steve McJannet had a goal and assist as the Inferno beat the Ice Pilots on Jeremy Hall's deflection of Reid Cashman's shot 38 seconds into overtime. Jeff Jakaitis stopped 24 of 27 shots in the victory.

Friday, February 15

INFERNO 3 - Mississippi 2

Mac Faulkner, Owen Fussey and Jeremy Hall all scored for the Inferno as Columbia beat Mississippi in the Second Annual Pink in the Rink celebration. Todd Ford stopped 37 of 39 shots as the Inferno beat the Sea Wolves for the first time this season.

Saturday, February 16

INFERNO 3 - Pensacola 2

Dan Glover scored his first goal of the year, while Steve McJannet and Todd Perry chipped in offensively as the Inferno stopped the Ice Pilots' third-period comeback bid. Jeff Jakaitis stopped 39 of 41 shots.

This is the fifth of nine meetings between the two clubs this season. Columbia is 1-3-0 against S.C. this season, but 26-25-6 all-time against their cross-state rivals. The Stingrays are currently in third place with 66 points (32-17-1-1).

The Inferno head to Texas for a three-game series against the Wildcatters to complete the six-game season series between the clubs. Columbia is 1-1-0-1 against Texas this season, and 7-6-7 all-time against the 'Catters. Texas currently leads the division with 87 points (40-5-3-4).

Golf with your Inferno for Charity

The Columbia Inferno Booster Club hosts the 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, March 17th at Fort Jackson Golf Club. The charity is Palmetto Health Children's Hospital, in particular Cam Wonder Hands. Camp Wonder Hands was created specifically for children who are deaf and hard of hearing.
