The San Francisco Giants have made the following transactions affecting the roster of Double-A Richmond prior to Monday's series-opener with Reading:
INF Juan Ciriaco activated from Disabled List...RHP David Mixon placed on Temporarily Inactive List (Birth of Child) [24 + 6 DL]
The corresponding moves keep the Flying Squirrels at the Eastern League maximum of 24 active players. Six players (1B Andy D'Alessio, OF Roger Kieschnick, SS Brandon Crawford, RHP Michael Main, C Nestor Rojas, C Aaron Lowenstein) are currently on the Disabled List.
