
Impact U16 Midfielder Luca Ricci with National Team

MONTREAL - Impact U16 midfielder Luca Ricci has been selected by the Canadian U16 National Team to attend training camp and play three friendly games, in Panama, from September 29 to October 5.
The Canadian selection will face three CONCACAF teams, starting with host Panama on October 1, the United States on October 3 and Costa Rica on October 5.
Ricci has started all four games for the Impact U16 so far this season in the USSDA. He also started 21 of 24 games played in the 2013/2014 season, helping the team reach the USSDA playoffs.
Head Coach Sean Fleming is preparing his group for the 2015 CONCACAF U17 Championship, taking place in San Pedro Sula, in Honduras, from February 27 to March 14, 2015. Canada will try to win one of four spots available for the 2015 FIFA U17 World Cup, to be played in Chili.
