IceGators to offer post-game skate Dec. 21

Lafayette, LA â The Louisiana IceGators will hold their first-ever post-game skate with the players following their Saturday, Dec. 21 game against Arkansas. The skate will last approximately one hour. Skates will be available at the Cajundome, but fans can also bring their own.
"The IceGators are proud to host their first-ever post-game skate," said IceGators general manager Tracey Girouard. "We would also like to thank the Cajundome for helping us coordinate the event. It will give our great fans a chance to skate on the Cajundome's ice, while also interacting with the players."
The December 21 game wraps up a busy 16-day stretch that features 10 games. The IceGators break for the Christmas holiday, before returning to the ice January 27 at Jackson, the start of a stretch with six games in 10 nights.
