PREVIEW:
The Red Wings return home from their longest road trip of the season, to open a two-game set with the PawSox. The Wings were swept over four games in Pawtucket April 16-19, dropping the Wings' record to 5-5 at the time. The Wings come into play Thursday in first place, two games ahead of Scranton and three ahead of the PawSox. Pawtucket left-hander Henry Owens, Boston's top pitching prospect, opposes Wings lefty Taylor Rogers.

OF Jackie Bradley, Jr. is batting .351, third-best in the IL. The speedy outfielder has 11 doubles, 3 homers and 3 stolen bases in 33 games.

Double-A Chattanooga lost to Tennesee 6-3 Wednesday. Byron Buxton went 2-4 for the Lookouts, while also grabbing his 16th stolen base of the year. Single-A Fort Myers split a doubleheader with Charlotte Wednesday. Alex Swim provided the production for Fort Myers at the plate, going a combined 5-8 with 3 RBI.
