Hill Loaned to Manchester

ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Reign, proud affiliate of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings, announced that they have loaned defenseman Jordan Hill to the Manchester Monarchs (AHL).

Hill, 21, started the 2010-2011 season in Manchester, appearing in five games with the club before joining the Reign on November 6. The defenseman from Sarnia, Ontario, has appeared in 14 games with the Reign this season and recorded one assist and 19 penalty minutes. Prior to going pro, Hill played with the Sarnia Sting (OHL) from 2007-09, as well as part of the 2009-10 season before being traded to the Saginaw Spirit where he finished out the year. He wrapped up his junior career with 65 points (16g, 49a) and 171 penalty minutes in 201 regular season contests and three points (2g, 1a) and 12 penalty minutes in 18 playoff appearances.
