HERSHEY - The HERSHEY BEARS announced today in conjunction with the American Hockey League that defenseman Lawrence Nycholat has been named CCM Vector AHL Player of the Week for the period ending January 22. The announcement was made today by BEARS President/GM Doug Yingst.

Nycholat picked up four points in the first period on Friday in Philadelphia by scoring two goals and assisting on two others.
