Beloit Snappers starting ace Liam Hendriks has been named "Midwest League Player of the Week."
Since the start of the season Hendriks is 0-0 with a 0.00 ERA in three starts. Hendriks leads the Midwest League in several categories such as WHIP (0.41), innings pitched (17), and has held opponents batting average to a small .105 average.
In each of Hendrik's three starts the Snappers have won each and all three via shutouts. The Snappers Starting staff leads the league in shutout victories with five.
Hendriks is scheduled to pitch again on Friday, April 23rd against the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers.
