Heat Fall To Stars 4-2

CEDAR PARK TX: The Abbotsford HEAT dominated the Texas Stars on Saturday night. But despite out shooting their AHL foes for the second straight night 36-17, and despite hitting five posts and two crossbars in a game they had full control over, the HEAT fell to the Texas Stars, 4-2 in Cedar Park, Texas.

Cam Cunning and David Van der Gulik lit the lamp for the HEAT, while Greg Rallo, Maxim Fortunus, Francis Wathier and Scott McCulloch replied for the Stars.

The Heat fall to 0-2 on this road swing and are now 21-21-4-3 on the season. Abbotsford will travel to Houston for a game on Monday night versus the Houston Aeros.
