Estero, FL - The Florida Everblades announced today that forward Ernie Hartlieb has been called up to the Lowell Lock Monsters of the American Hockey League.
Hartlieb, who was set to make his Florida Everblades debut this weekend, spent all of last season in the AHL with the Worcester Ice Cats, where he notched 35 points in 63 games. The 25-year-old Michigan native is entering his fifth season professionally, and has previously seen action in the ECHL with Dayton (2000-01) and Arkansas (2001-03).
Game On! The Florida Everblades will open their seventh season in Southwest Florida at Germain Arena on Friday, October 22nd at 7:30 PM when they take on the Texas Wildcatters.
