
Hamilton Returns Lenes to Nailers

WHEELING, WV - The Wheeling Nailers, ECHL Affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens and Pittsburgh Penguins announce today that forward Peter Lenes has been returned to the team by the Hamilton Bulldogs.
Lenes, 25, played one game for the Bulldogs, last night against the St. John's IceCaps. He spent a total of 3:16 minutes on the ice and recorded two penalty minutes. Lenes has played in 17 games for the Nailers this season, recording 20 points (14 goals, 6 assists) on 73 shots on goal, four penalty minutes, and a +11 plus/minus rating.
The 5-foot-4, 158-pound left-winger is tied for second in goals scored for the Nailers.
The Nailers are on the road for their next nine games before they return to Cambria County War Memorial to face off against the Florida Everblades on March 9 and 10.
