
Hamilton Bulldogs Sign Three-Year Lease Extension For Copps Coliseum

HAMILTON, ON - Hamilton Bulldogs Owner and Chairman Michael Andlauer and Hamilton Entertainment and Convention Facilities Inc. (H.E.C.F.I.) Chief Executive Officer Duncan Gillespie announced today that the hockey club has signed a three-year lease extension for Copps Coliseum as the prime tenant. The 'Dogs also announced that they have extended their management services agreement with H.E.C.F.I. through the 2012-2013 season. Under the agreement, H.E.C.F.I. will continue to manage all Hamilton Bulldogs ticket sales, sponsorship sales and advertising.
"As we near the end of what has been an extremely successful regular season on the ice and prepare for what we hope will be a long run in the Calder Cup Playoffs, I'm excited that we've also been successful off the ice in signing a three-year extension to both our lease of Copps Coliseum and management partnership with H.E.C.F.I.", stated Hamilton Bulldogs Owner and Chairman Michael Andlauer. "During the past three years, I feel strongly that we and H.E.C.F.I. have learned a lot about what it will take to strengthen and build our partnership, and we're looking forward to working with them through the 2012-2013 season to make the Hamilton Bulldogs successful both on and off the ice."
