
Grizzlies Look to End Amerks Five-GameWinning Streak

The Grizzlies (4-15-0-2) will look to rebound tonight against Rochester (13-6-3-1) after Monday's 3-2 loss at the 'E' Center. The Americans have won five straight games and are currently 3-0 on their four-game road trip that ends tonight in Utah. The Grizzlies have gone without a win in each of their last three games and will begin a three-game road trip tomorrow in San Antonio.
Former Grizzly great Chris Taylor is second on the Americans with 24 points (6-18 -24). He left Utah as the franchise's all-time leader in points, goals and assists. Milan Bartovic, Thomas Vanek and Jason Pominville each scored goals for the Americans on Monday.
The Grizzlies received goals from Peter White and Fredrik Sjostrom in Monday's loss to Rochester. Sjostrom has scored goals in three of the last four games and has eight points (4G, 4A) in his last seven games. Aaron Gavey played in his first home game for Utah notching an assist after being signed by Utah on Saturday.
Next Game: The Grizzlies will travel to San Antonio to face the Rampage tomorrow at the SBC Center. Face-off is scheduled for 6:00 PM (MT).
