The Situation The Grizzlies enter the week with a 14-7-2-0 record as they continue their stretch of six-straight games against the other top two teams in the National Conference in Idaho and Bakersfield.

Playoff Feel The last three games that Utah has played against the best in the west, the winning team has had just three goals and two of the contests have gone to overtime.

Tom May Tom May has eight goals in his last eleven games for Utah and is tied for fourth in the league in goals since November 20.

Power-Play Shea Guthrie has scored Utah's last three power-play goals since December 4.

Three Goals Or Less Utah has allowed three goals or less in four-straight games, their second-best stretch of the season. They allowed three goals or less in six-straight contests from November 13-25.

Back To Boise The Grizzlies return to Boise Wednesday for the second time this year after defeating Idaho 3-0 November 7 on the hands of a shutout from Mitch O'Keefe. Utah will have their third-chance this year to hand the 19-5-0-2 Steelheads their second-straight loss overall for the first time this year.

Penalty Shots Success Despite not going to a shootout this season, the Grizzlies have had three skaters bury goals on penalty-shots with Tom May being the latest Saturday to tie the game at one in the first period. Dylan Hunter (November 4) and Vlady Nikiforov (November 20) have also scored on Utah penalty-shots.
