4 p.m. - This Sunday's game against the Norfolk Admirals will mark the Griffins' second-annual "Pink at the Rink," presented by Susan G. Komen for the Cure Grand Rapids. In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, fans can order specially priced tickets - $10 upper bowl or $15 lower bowl - by visiting griffinshockey.com, choosing "Online Ticket Offer Login" from the Tickets & Schedule menu, and entering the promo code: cure. $5 from every ticket purchased through this offer will be donated to Susan G. Komen. Griffins players will show their support by wearing pink ribbons on their helmets and pink skate laces, and using pink tape on their sticks. In addition, pink ribbons will be embedded into the Van Andel Arena ice surface. After warm-ups, select Griffins players will sign their pink-accented sticks, which will be displayed on the concourse during the game and auctioned off after the final buzzer sounds. Finally, Sunnyslope Floral will sell pink carnations on the concourse for a $1 donation.
