Augusta GreenJackets News Release
Augusta, GA - Though the Augusta GreenJackets open a nine-game road trip today in Hickory, North Carolina, fans locally will have an opportunity to stay close to the team in a unique way this week.
Three members of the Augusta GreenJackets organization - Manager Lipso Nava, infielder/outfielder Josh Mazzola and radio play-by-play broadcaster Eric Little - will appear on Comcast Connect Live with host Ashley Brown in an episode premiering tonight at 7:30 p.m. on Comcast Channel 4 in the Augusta area.
The episode will replay daily at 8:30 p.m. on Channel 4 all week long and will also replay on Channel 104 at 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. daily through the week. After today, the episode will be available on demand for Comcast customers.
The GreenJackets will begin a five-game series tonight against the Hickory Crawdads. First pitch is at 7:05 p.m. with coverage beginning at 6:50 p.m. on WRDW-AM 1630 and www.greenjacketsbaseball.com. The next GreenJackets home game is Thursday May 5th when the West Virginia Power come to town for a four-game series.
