Graham loaned to Charlotte from Hartford

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte Checkers announced that forward Bruce Graham has been loaned to the club by the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League.

Graham is the Checkers' leading goal-scorer and ranks second on the club in points this season, with 30 goals and 15 assists for 45 points, along with 63 penalty minutes, in 50 games. He also represented Charlotte in the 2007 Rbk Hockey ECHL All-Star Game January 17 in Boise, Idaho, and was +1 for the victorious American Conference squad.

In action with the Wolf Pack this season, the 6-6, 230-pound Graham, a second-round draft pick by the Rangers (51st overall) in 2004, had one assist in seven games.

The Checkers are back at home Tuesday and Saturday this week. The first 2,000 fans to Saturday's game will receive a Checkers logo cap courtesy of Road Runner High Speed Online Service. The Checkers will also wear special St. Patty's Day jerseys which will be up for auction on the team's website following the game.
